Three Phases of Care

At Lincoln Family Chiropractic, we are passionate about helping you experience relief from your pain and discomfort and getting you on the path to living your best life. We provide three phases of care for our patients:

Phase 1: Relief Care

We will have you come in approximately two to three times per week for the first few weeks (depending on the severity of your condition) to manage your pain and provide relief. Relief care is the shortest phase.

Phase 2: Corrective Care

In this phase, muscles and other tissues begin to heal. We typically need to see patients one to two times per week for 4-8 weeks depending on the severity of your condition and overall health. It’s important to continue receiving care as your body is still healing during this phase.

Phase 3: Wellness Care

Once your body has healed, it is important to see us regularly during this last phase of care. These routine chiropractic adjustments will help maintain optimum health and be used to help avoid future problems. We will recommend that you come in 1-4 times per month depending on your lifestyle and health goals.
